Please note that all items entering countries outside of The United States of America and/or Japan are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance to national laws. Custom requirements are different for each country. Please learn about the customs processing for your country. Customs clearance issues may cause delays at destination. You, the buyer, are responsible for any and all custom duties and/or taxes that apply.Please understand that we operate in U.S.A and Japan Monday-Friday, 9:00-17:00 Japan time, and 9:00-5:00PM Central Time, so there may be a delay in communication at times.
We indicate all items and declare the value. If there is a multiple-item order and items are at different D'Monti locations, they may be shipped separately; however, there will be no increase of the shipping charge to you.
Return Policy
We do accept returns as stated in our “No-Hassle Returns” policy for international shipments. However because of the fluctuation of international currency, the refund will be made in US dollars just as we received in US dollars. We make no adjustments for currency exchange for returns. We do not refund shipping costs.
FIRST CLASS WORLDWIDE DELIVERY
Our goal is to process your order quickly and ensure its safe delivery. Your Item will be shipped within 24 hours of cleared payment to a PayPal-Confirmed address only. Please ensure that your "ship to" address is listed/on record with PayPal.
Worldwide shipping will include tracking number. This is the fastest and safest form of shipment, and will take 3-7 Business Days from our luxury store location to anywhere in the world.
Speedy & Secure
We ship with signature required due to the value of most of our items. All orders ship from our processing center from Monday through Friday (we do not ship or deliver on weekends). Items purchased on Friday before 4:00 PM will be shipped the same day, after 4:00 PM will be shipped Monday morning. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
Important Shipping Information
Shipping is free on all items however it is the buyer's responsibility to keep track of the whereabouts of your package, and ensure that you or your designate is present to receive the delivery from your post office when it arrives, items that are returned to us stating “No Authorized Recipient Available” will incur an additional shipping fee that must be paid prior to re-sending the item.
International Buyers
Also note that any orders shipped internationally are subject to duties, taxes and other fees. The buyer is responsible for all taxes in addition to the shipping and handling fees. Fees/Taxes are determined by customs officials and may vary in each country, please contact your local authorities. Please read the “International Buyers” section for more information.
1. For Authentic D'Monti branded Items. (D'Monti items only)
Full refund within reasonable (4) days after delivery.
If you are dissatisfied with any of the items that you purchased from our store, you can return your purchase for a full refund within 4 days of the date received or carrier attempted delivery. The received date is calculated according to the shipping carriers tracking information. All returns must be made within 5 days of receiving a Return Authorization. The item returned must be in the same condition as it was received, including all papers, dust-cover, box, lock & keys or any other accompanying material. Meaning, Item/s must be returned Unused / Unworn at all, with all D’Monti and designer garment tags still attached. Packaging must be immaculate and in bubble wrap when shipping. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer; custom/personalized items are not eligible for returns. Please note you are considered an international buyer if you are ordering from and/or to outside The United States of America. A refund will be issued only after the D'Monti item is received back to our store in the United States of America.
Refund Process
We recommend insuring your shipment for the appropriate amount. Within 2-3 business days upon receipt of your returned merchandise, you will be issued a refund for the original sales price and any taxes in the same form (PayPal) as the original payment method. Please note that this credit will not include any original shipping charges.
Return Shipping Instructions
Please mark the parcel as “Returned merchandise or goods” upon shipping the item back. Under most circumstances return-shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility. In addition, you must courier your returned item(s) within three (3) days after stating intent to return and you must send us the tracking number for the package. If we do not receive notification that the returned items(s) was shipped and do not receive a tracking number for the package, your refund will not process as fast.

2. For Pre-Owned Authentic Designer items other than D'Monti branded. (Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Gucci, Etc...(Non-D'Monti Branded Items)
