Extended for End of Year Christmas Holiday. Any delivery within October 8th to December 25th 2019, you may request for exchange or return until December 31st 2019
Other dates may request for exchange or return within reasonable four days after delivery.
Item must be in brand new perfect condition and not used and/or worn
Original Packaging including Dust-cover and Box
Original leaflets, Certificates and any other accompanying material included
If you are dissatisfied with any of the items that you purchased from our store, you may return your purchase for exchange or return within four days of date received or carrier attempted delivery. The received date is calculated according to the shipping carriers tracking information. All returns must be made within five days of receiving a Return Authorization. Packaging must be immaculate and in bubble wrap when shipping. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer; custom/personalized items are not eligible for returns. Please note you are considered an international buyer if you are ordering from and/or to outside The United States of America. A refund will be issued only after the D'Monti item is received back to our store in the United States of America.
We recommend insuring your shipment for the appropriate amount. You will be issued a refund for the original sales price and any taxes within 2-3 business days to the same original payment method. Please note that this credit will not include any original shipping charges and/or non-refundable PayPal transaction Fees.
Return Shipping Instructions
Please mark the parcel as “Returned merchandise or goods” upon shipping the item back. Under most circumstances return-shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility. In addition, you must courier your returned item(s) within five days after stating intent to return and you must send us the tracking number for the package. If we do not receive notification that the returned items(s) was shipped and do not receive a tracking number for the package, your refund will not process as fast.
